Terms of Service
Using this website means you accept these terms. If any part of them does not work for you, please stop using the site.
What This Site Is
This is a guide to MrQ, written by people who have no connection to how MrQ is run.
Nothing here is a gambling service. There is no account, no balance, no deposit and no game on this website.
Because of that, we can do nothing about your MrQ account. We cannot see it, credit anything to it, release a payment, reopen it, or pursue a complaint for you. All of that goes to MrQ's own support team, which has access to your account where we do not.
Adults Only
The subject of this site is gambling, so it is restricted to people aged 18 or over. By continuing you confirm you meet that. Anyone under 18 should leave.
The Information Here
We take the information on this site from MrQ's own published pages and terms, and from the UK Gambling Commission's public register. Each page shows the date it was last checked.
Casinos change their offers frequently and rarely give notice. A spin count, a deposit minimum, an eligible game, an RTP or an expiry window can all change, and a page that was accurate last week may not be this week.
MrQ's own published information is the authority. Where anything here disagrees with what MrQ states, MrQ is correct and our page needs updating. Read MrQ's own pages and terms before acting on anything.
We give no warranty that this site is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it.
Not Advice
Nothing on this site is financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to gamble.
We do not predict outcomes and we do not suggest that any offer is good value for you specifically. Gambling costs money, and most people who do it lose more than they win over time.
Whether you register, deposit or claim anything is your own decision and your own responsibility.
Playing Safely
Gambling can cause harm. Setting a limit before you play works better than reacting after the money has gone.
Free confidential support is available from BeGambleAware on 0808 8020 133 and from GamCare. GamStop blocks every UK licensed gambling site through a single registration.
If you have self excluded, or are trying to find a route around one, this site is not for you.
How We Earn
We may receive commission when a visitor clicks through to MrQ from this site and then opens an account. It adds nothing to your cost and does not change the offer you are given.
The Commission does not decide what we publish. Details that count against an offer are written up the same as anything else.
Using Our Pages
You may read our pages, print them, and share them privately. That is all fine.
What is not permitted is republishing our material commercially, scraping the site with automated tools, interfering with how it runs, or using it for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The wording, structure and design of this site are ours or are licensed to us.
Brand names and trade marks that appear on the site, MrQ included, belong to their respective owners. They are used only for identification. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or any relationship beyond the commission arrangement described above.
Links to Other Sites
We link to MrQ and to other external sites. We do not control them and take no responsibility for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data.
A link is not a recommendation.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, with no warranty attached.
So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for losses connected to your use of this site or to reliance on anything published here. That includes gambling losses, losses arising from offer information that has since changed, and losses caused by the site being unavailable.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be revised at any time. The version in force is the one dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
Governing Law
English law applies to these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to us by email through the contact page.
